Depression Lied to Me

I began my journey of Authorship in June 2022. Along the way, I joined 13 other courageous women to co-author this book. We share the raw and vulnerable experiences that have shaped our journeys and battles with depression throughout life.

We have also reclaimed our power, healed through challenges, traumas, and now express our truths. Our hope is to inspire conversations and strength, so that the masks of depression will continue to fall as more and more of it’s stories continue to be told.
