Custom designed program with 12 sessions to enhance awareness and integrate evidence based practices and resources that create changes that stick. Accountability, mini challenges, and re-focus communication between sessions as needed. This program is designed to stretch you, enhance your edge, and create consistent momentum in taking ambitious and intentional actions to live life by design.

8 coaching sessions, each up to 55 minutes. Must be utilized within a 120 day period of purchasing.
